What we offer
Quality tool for all alignments such as horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, Cardan alignment, machine train alignment, soft foot measurements and thermal growth compensation.
Fixturelaser SMC’s unique automatic machine diagnostics, Accurex. This provides fast and reliable results for problems with rotating equipment, such as imbalance, misalignment, mechanical problems, motor problems, corrosion problems, cavitation, resonance and bearing problems.
This allows us to perform the following measurements: measuring straightness, line bore, angles, flatness and parallelism in both industrial and marine environments.
RDI’s high-speed cameras and Motion Amplification software make it possible to visualize and analyze movements and vibrations that are invisible to the naked eye for repairs and corrections.
A physical object is digitized with a 3D scanner and is suitable for small objects and generating computer models of environments. Can be used for checking product quality, copying (to scale) objects and for retrofits. Scan up to 50 meters and convert to CAD files.
This system is used in ATEX zones and measurements can be performed without a hot work permit. Applications include: damage inspection, BWTS retrofit and installation scanning. Files can be converted to CAD files. ATEX inspection: ATEX 94/9/EC, class I and II.
Widely used due to its versatility for checking bores and measuring machine lines for reinstallation elsewhere. Measurement points can be exported to a PC for further processing. Accuracy up to +/- 0.10 mm.

A visual check for damage and a technical measurement (including insulation resistance and earth conduction) using calibrated equipment.
Upon approval, every device is fitted with an inspection sticker. You receive a digital certificate for your records and any insurance checks.
We keep track of when the next inspection period expires for you, ensuring your machinery is always up to date.
At JML Services, we provide annual electrical safety inspections and testing for EV charging equipment.
Our checks help identify faults, support compliance requirements and ensure your chargers remain safe, reliable and ready for everyday use.
You get a full PAT Testing report as well as EV Charging diagnostics and annual checks are available for all EV Charging infrastructure.
