The innovation software provides fast and reliable results on problems with rotating equipment such as imbalance, alignment errors, mechanical problems, motor problems, corrosion problems, cavitation, resonance, bearing problems, and more.

A physical object is digitized using a 3D scanner. This is possible for small objects, but is also widely used for generating computer models of an environment.

The 3D scanners are used for, among other things:

• Checking product quality

• Copying (scaled) objects

• Retrofits

SURPHASER 100HSX The system is used for scanning environments from 1 to 50 meters. The point cloud is stored on a laptop or PC. This can later be converted to various CAD file types.

This system is used in ATEX zones. Measurements can be carried out with this system without a hot work permit being required.

The EX 3D scanner can be used for example:

• Inspecting a hold for damages

• The measuring of a machine room for BWTS retrofits

• Scanning of a chemical plant

The system creates a point cloud (STL file) that can be converted to a variety of CAD files for further processing.

Z+F IMAGER 5006EX The Z+F IMAGER 5006EX is the only explosion-proof 3D scanner on the market.

The ATEX-certified system works completely standalone by means of the integrated PC. It is also possible to operate the 3D scanner via WLAN.

Because the batteries can be swapped within the ATEX zone, the measurement process is fast and accurate.

ATEX inspection: ATEX 94/9/EG, class I and II

This equipment is widely applicable due to its versatility.

The 3D measuring systems are used, among other things, for:

• Checking drillings

• Measuring machine lines for reinstallation elsewhere

The Sokkia NET05, the most accurate Total Station in the market. Measuring points are taken with this system. These points can be exported to a PC for further processing. Accuracy: up to +/- 0.10mm

The Leica AT402 is a laser tracker for highly accurate 3D measurements. The measuring points can be further processed with the supplied software.

When aligning machines, the use of good quality shims / shims is crucial. An Intershim filler plate is made of high-quality stainless steel (stainless) material and is produced in the Netherlands.

JML Services uses these Shims.

The Vibracon adjustable element is a widely used solution for underfilling a machine. The element is used in compressor sets, generator sets, pump sets, propulsion systems and many other applications.
